Once your order has been processed and is ready for dispatch, Old School BMX go to great lengths to ensure a smooth delivery to your door.

Orders are dispatched daily and they are carefully picked and packed ready for collection for each of our couriers. Due to this process we ask that you allow 2 business days for orders to be dispatched.

DELIVERY TIME FRAMES
Delivery time frames are not guaranteed and are rough estimations given to us by our allocated couriers. Delivery is only available from Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm. Please do not allocate hours as the courier company cannot deliver within allocated time frames.

DOOR TO DOOR DELIVERY
Our delivery service may vary among carriers. Since most carriers deliver to the curb side immediately adjacent to their vehicle and regard inside delivery as an extra service cost, it may be necessary for you to assist or move merchandise into your home, this is especially relevant if you live in a block of flats as carriers will only deliver to the ground floor entrance to the block.

Be sure to include one or two phone numbers in case the carrier needs to notify you to arrange delivery. All deliveries are made Monday - Friday between 9am & 5pm. Our carriers are unable to give specific times for delivery.

LARGE ITEMS - OVER 40kg
Due to Australian Occupational Health and Safety regulations someone must assist the driver with unloading the item if it is too heavy to be moved by one person. If no one is available to assist, a tail gate truck will be required to unload the item. The tail gate service will incur an additional charge. Please contact us via email or phone if this is required.

Non Ground Floor Deliveries and Steps
Due to Australian Occupational Health and Safety regulations deliveries above or below ground floor are at the carrier's discretion and are not guaranteed. This includes (but not limited to) steps that are immediately outside the premises, which are required to climb in order to gain access to the property.

NO - ONE - HOME
If when the carrier arrives with your goods after pre-arrangement without an Authority to Leave Unattended and there is no-one present to receive them, they will be returned to the carrier's depot, or to the supplier. In this case you will be liable for charges for re-delivery. If the order is subsequently cancelled, you will be liable for all carriage charges and a 15% restocking fee also.

DROP SHIPPED ITEMS -DIRECT FROM SUPPLIER
Some items may be shipped directly from a supplier. These items may have a 48-hour dispatch time, and can be expected to have a delivery time of 3 to 10 days depending on location.

PO Box & GPO Box ADDRESSES
Delivery cannot be made to PO Box or GPO Box addresses.

WILL NOT FIT
If it is found that the product 'will not fit' through/around any doors/stairwells etc. and the product is subsequently returned, you are responsible for all outward and return carriage costs and a 15% restocking fee is applicable

Please note that if you wish to pick up your item that not all items are AVAILABLE FOR PICK-UP as some items are shipped directly from the supplier.

Once you have commited to your order, send us a message to request if your item is available for pick-up. If your item is available you will receive an eBay message or email to schedule in a pick up day & time.

WARRANTY & RETURNS

Warranty & Repairs

All products that we offer go through vigorous quality control and assurance testing to ensure that we bring high quality products that will last the distance. However in the rare occasion, if faults do happen, we’ve got excellent after-sales service with parts and technicians that will get your equipment up and running again.

If you have a faulty or damaged product, please send us an eBay message with your order details, a brief description of the issue and attach any photos to help describe the issue.

We will then create a case which will come with a ticket number that will be sent to your e-mail address that is attached to your eBay account.

As our support staff are not limited to the eBay channel, we may contact you via e-mail via our case system. Please be sure to check your mail folder for any replies.

Warranty Policy

STANDARD WARRANTY GUIDELINES

The benefits provided to you by this contractual product warranty are in addition to other rights and remedy available to you under the law.

ORIGINAL PURCHASER

Our warranty only applies to the original purchaser from where the purchase was made from our official eBay store, official consumer websites or authorised Old School BMX Reseller only and is strictly not transferable. If the serial number is removed, altered or defaced, the warranty is void. All warrantees commence on the date of purchase.

PARTS REPLACEMENT & REPAIRS

After determining whether there are manufacturer faults or damages to the product, Old School BMX will determine, in its discretion, the reasonable call to action method to remedy the issues. For most issues, parts can be easily changed over, and for these issues, Old School BMX will send through the relevant part needed to fix the issue. In the unlikely event of a major fault, and we will request the item back for repairs or replacement, which is at Old School BMX' discretion at the time of assessment.

Old School BMX reserves the right to replace the relevant part with the same or equivalent Product or part, rather than repair or replace it. If a replacement is provided, Old School BMX will determine, in its discretion, the closest product within the then current range of products offered by Old School BMX with which to replace the faulty or damaged product. The replacement product may differ with the replaced product in size and specifications, at the reasonable election of Old School BMX. Old School BMX may replace parts with refurbished parts.

BRINGING THE PRODUCT BACK

We recommend that you keep your original product packaging if possible. In the unlikely event that you require a warranty repair and you do not have the original packaging, you will bear the responsibility for safely packaging your product for transport and Old School BMX accepts no liability for any damage that may occur in transit. You are responsible for bringing or shipping the product back to the original place of purchase for repairs & warranty.

PROOF OF PURCHASE & INFORMATION ASSESSMENT

Proof or purchase (invoice or paid order confirmation) must be provided when requesting warranty repair or replacements.

In order to assess damages or faults, photographic evidence must be submitted to us via eBay messaging for review, before the product can be repaired or replaced in accordance with these terms.
